Welcome to PayKal. By accessing or using our mobile application or web app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Service

PayKal is a digital shared-ledger platform that allows local shopkeepers and customers to record and track mutual credit (udhaar) and payment settlements.

• PayKal is NOT a bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
• PayKal does not process money transfers, hold funds, or guarantee debts.
• Both shopkeepers and customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of entries recorded on their shared ledger.

2. User Account & Identity

You agree to provide accurate details (Name, Phone Number, Email) when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Fraudulent entries, harassment, or unauthorized access are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

4. Limitation of Liability

PayKal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PayKal shall not be liable for financial disputes or uncollected debts arising between shopkeepers and customers.
